Zonal Sales Head - North

The Zonal Sales Head for North India will be responsible for driving retail sales performance across 300+ stores in the region. This strategic role requires a proven leader who can inspire teams, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.

• Lead sales strategy and execution for North India zone covering Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, and UP
• Manage P&L responsibility for the zone with revenue targets exceeding ₹200 crores annually
• Drive store performance through effective sales training, merchandising, and customer experience initiatives
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing store managers and regional sales teams
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize territory coverage
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 9 years of experience in B2C retail sales with at least 5 years in zonal leadership roles
• Proven track record of managing large retail networks and achieving sales targets
• Strong understanding of omnichannel retail operations and customer journey management
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with ability to inspire large teams
• Data-driven approach to decision making with proficiency in sales analytics tools
• Willingness to travel extensively across the North India region
