The Zonal Head will oversee retail sales operations across the entire South zone, managing multiple stores and driving business growth. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for revenue generation, team development, and market expansion across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Kerala.

• Lead and manage sales operations for 150+ retail stores across the South zone with a revenue target of ₹500+ crores annually
• Develop and execute zonal business plans aligned with company objectives and market dynamics
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Regional Managers and Store Managers
• Drive customer acquisition, retention strategies, and enhance overall customer experience metrics
• Monitor competition, market trends, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
• Ensure operational excellence, compliance with company policies, and achievement of profitability targets

• 10-15 years of progressive experience in retail sales, with at least 5 years in zonal or regional leadership roles
• Proven track record of managing large retail networks and achieving ambitious revenue targets
• Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial metrics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in lifestyle, fashion, jewellery, or premium retail segments preferred
• MBA from a reputed institution is highly desirable
• Willingness to travel extensively across the zone (up to 70% travel)
