Regional Supply Chain Manager

As Regional Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations across Southern India, managing a network of fulfillment centers and ensuring optimal inventory management. This role requires strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution to drive operational excellence and cost efficiency.

• Lead supply chain operations across multiple fulfillment centers covering Southern India region
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate service level agreements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure seamless operations
• Analyze supply chain metrics and present insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in e-commerce or retail
• Proven track record of managing large-scale logistics operations with P&L responsibility
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain management software and Excel
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel across the region as needed
