Senior Data Scientist

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our central analytics team and drive data-driven decision making across the organization. You will work on challenging problems in demand forecasting, dynamic pricing, recommendation systems, and supply optimization that directly impact millions of users and delivery partners.

• Build predictive models and machine learning solutions for demand forecasting and supply optimization
• Design and analyze A/B experiments to measure impact of product features and business initiatives
• Develop recommendation algorithms to improve customer engagement and order conversion
• Create data pipelines and automated reporting dashboards for business stakeholders
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to drive strategic decisions

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in data science, analytics, or quantitative research roles
• Strong proficiency in Python/R and SQL with experience in machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost)
• Expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms
• Proven track record of building and deploying ML models in production environments
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex analyses to non-technical audiences
