Zonal Head - Retail Sales

We are hiring a Zonal Head to drive retail sales performance across our South Zone covering Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala. This critical leadership role involves managing 150+ stores, achieving aggressive revenue targets, and building high-performing sales teams. You will be responsible for market expansion, customer experience enhancement, and P&L management for the zone.

• Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across the zone
• Manage end-to-end retail operations including store performance, inventory management, and visual merchandising
• Recruit, train, and mentor area sales managers, store managers, and frontline sales teams
• Develop and execute market penetration strategies including new store launches and format optimization
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including footfall, conversion rates, average transaction value, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and category teams to execute promotional campaigns and ensure product availability

• 10+ years of experience in retail sales with at least 5 years in zonal or regional leadership roles
• Proven track record of managing large retail networks (100+ stores) and achieving aggressive sales targets
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer experience management
• MBA or equivalent degree with specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Retail Management
• Excellent people management skills with experience leading teams of 500+ employees
• Data-driven decision-making approach with proficiency in retail analytics and CRM systems
• Willingness to travel extensively across the zone (60-70% travel)
