Agency Development Manager - North

The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing agency force across the North region. This role focuses on building sustainable distribution channels, driving premium targets, and ensuring compliance while creating entrepreneurial success for insurance advisors.

• Recruit, onboard, and activate 100+ insurance advisors annually across Delhi NCR region
• Drive agency channel premium targets of ₹50+ crores through effective team development and performance management
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance
• Monitor advisor performance, provide coaching, and implement productivity enhancement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices across the agency network
• Organize motivational events, recognition programs, and incentive structures to boost agent retention and morale

• 8-12 years of experience in insurance sales, agency development, or distribution management
• Strong track record of building and scaling agency networks with demonstrated premium growth
• In-depth understanding of life insurance products, regulations, and distribution dynamics
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills with ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
• Valid IRDAI certification and thorough knowledge of insurance compliance requirements
• MBA or graduation with proven sales leadership experience
• Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR and surrounding regions
