Agency Development Manager

• Recruit, onboard, and activate insurance advisors to expand the agency network in assigned territories
• Conduct regular training sessions, product workshops, and sales capability building programs for agents
• Monitor individual and team performance metrics, providing coaching to improve productivity and persistency
• Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective channel management
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations, code of conduct, and company policies across the agency network
• Implement retention strategies to minimize attrition and build long-term advisor engagement

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA or professional certification in sales/marketing preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in life insurance with at least 4 years in agency development or channel management
• Proven track record of recruiting and managing large teams of insurance advisors
• Strong understanding of life insurance products, underwriting processes, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills to inspire and drive sales teams
• Valid IRDAI certification (IC-38) mandatory
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
