Finance Manager - Group Audit

The Finance Manager - Group Audit will be responsible for planning and executing internal audits across various business verticals of Reliance. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong technical accounting knowledge and the ability to assess financial controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic recommendations.

• Lead internal audit engagements across multiple business units including retail, telecom, and energy sectors
• Evaluate effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and corporate governance
• Conduct financial statement audits, operational audits, and compliance reviews as per audit plan
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and actionable recommendations
• Coordinate with external auditors and statutory auditors for annual financial audits
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and track closure of audit observations

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
• Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in internal audit, preferably with Big 4 or large corporates
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), IFRS, and Companies Act 2013
• Experience in auditing diverse business operations including retail, manufacturing, or services
• Proficiency in audit tools, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and advanced Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit assignments simultaneously
