Regional Retail Manager

The Regional Retail Manager will oversee retail operations across 12-15 stores in the Western region, driving sales performance, operational excellence, and team leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance P&L management with hands-on store execution and talent development. The position reports directly to the National Retail Head and plays a critical role in regional expansion strategies.

• Manage end-to-end operations for 12-15 stores across the Western region with full P&L accountability
• Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets across all stores in the region
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ Store Managers and 200+ frontline retail staff
• Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure brand compliance across all touchpoints
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize store performance
• Collaborate with real estate and expansion teams for new store launches and renovations

• 8-12 years of progressive retail management experience with at least 3 years in multi-site leadership
• Proven track record of managing 10+ stores with revenue responsibility of ₹100+ crores
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs including SSS, conversion rates, ATV, and UPT
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing large teams across multiple locations
• MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institution preferred
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in retail management systems and MS Excel
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region (40-50% travel expected)
