The Cluster Head will oversee operations, business growth, and P&L management for 15-20 retail branches within the assigned geography. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned banking professional with strong leadership and business development capabilities.

• Manage overall performance of 15-20 branches including business targets, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Drive deposit mobilization, retail asset growth (home loans, personal loans, auto loans), and cross-selling of banking products
• Lead, mentor, and develop branch managers and banking teams to enhance performance and capability
• Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal audit requirements, and risk management protocols
• Monitor asset quality, minimize NPAs, and implement collection strategies for improved portfolio health
• Build relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, and key community stakeholders for business expansion

• MBA or Post Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 12 years of banking experience with at least 5 years in cluster/regional management roles
• Strong track record of achieving business targets and managing multi-branch operations
• Deep understanding of retail banking products, regulatory compliance, and banking operations
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 100+ employees
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Willingness to relocate and travel extensively within the cluster
