Zonal Head - Sales

The Zonal Head will be responsible for managing retail operations and sales performance across 40+ stores in the East Zone. This strategic role demands a results-oriented leader who can drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and team development across multiple locations.

• Drive sales performance and profitability across 40+ retail stores in East Zone with revenue targets of ₹300+ crores
• Lead and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers, Store Managers, and 500+ frontline staff
• Develop and execute zone-level business strategies aligned with overall retail growth objectives
• Monitor key retail metrics including footfall, conversion rates, average transaction value, and inventory turnover
• Ensure excellence in store operations, visual merchandising, and customer service standards
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and merchandising teams for seamless execution of promotional campaigns

• MBA with 10+ years of experience in retail sales and multi-store operations management
• Minimum 5 years in zonal or regional leadership roles managing 30+ stores
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability in organized retail
• Deep understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and P&L ownership
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills with ability to inspire large teams
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret retail data and derive actionable insights
• Willingness to travel extensively across the zone (60-70% travel expected)
