Finance Manager - Corporate Finance

The Finance Manager will oversee corporate finance activities including financial planning, analysis, treasury management, and compliance for the Eastern operations. This role demands strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to provide data-driven insights to support business decision-making.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for business units with annual revenues exceeding ₹5,000 crores
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and executive dashboards for senior leadership and board presentations
• Manage treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and banking relationships
• Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, GST, and other statutory regulations
• Support capital expenditure projects with detailed financial modeling, ROI analysis, and project appraisals
• Coordinate with internal audit, external auditors, and regulatory authorities for timely audits and filings

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a premier institution with 8-12 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong expertise in financial planning, management accounting, and corporate finance in manufacturing or large enterprises
• Proficiency in SAP FI/CO, advanced Excel, and financial modeling tools
• Thorough understanding of Ind AS, taxation, and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, commercial, and senior management teams
• Prior experience in metals, manufacturing, or heavy industries is highly preferred
