Trade Marketing Manager

We are hiring an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to drive distribution excellence and maximize market coverage for our FMCG brands in the East region. This role requires expertise in channel strategy, retailer engagement, and promotional execution. You will partner with sales teams and distributors to ensure optimal product availability and visibility at point-of-sale.

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth across modern and general trade channels
• Design and implement merchandising standards, in-store promotions, and point-of-sale materials
• Partner with sales teams to plan and execute regional trade activations and consumer engagement programs
• Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and sales data to identify growth opportunities
• Manage trade marketing budgets ensuring optimal ROI on promotional spends and activations
• Build strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and channel partners in the region

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in trade marketing or sales roles within FMCG companies
• Deep understanding of distribution channels including GT, MT, e-commerce, and institutional sales
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and derive actionable insights
• Proven track record of executing successful trade marketing campaigns and promotions
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
