Zonal Head - Retail Sales

The Zonal Head will drive sales and operations across 150+ retail stores in the West Zone, leading a team of Regional Managers and ensuring achievement of revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer experience. This role demands strategic vision combined with operational excellence.

• Lead sales operations across West Zone covering Maharashtra, Gujarat, and MP with 150+ stores
• Drive revenue targets of ₹1200+ crores annually across multiple retail formats
• Develop and execute zone-level strategies for customer acquisition and retention
• Manage P&L for the zone and optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10+ Regional Managers and 800+ store staff
• Implement initiatives to improve store productivity, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction

• 12-16 years of experience in retail sales with at least 5 years in zonal leadership
• Proven track record of managing large retail networks and achieving sales targets
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer experience
• Experience in managing multi-format retail business (grocery, electronics, fashion)
• MBA from reputed business school preferred
• Excellent people management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
