Delivery Manager - Financial Research

The Delivery Manager will lead financial research operations for global investment banking and asset management clients. This role combines client management, team leadership, and operational excellence to ensure timely delivery of high-quality equity research, credit analysis, and market intelligence reports.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of financial research projects for multiple global clients
• Lead a team of 30+ research analysts covering equity research, fixed income, and derivatives analysis
• Ensure quality standards, SLA adherence, and client satisfaction across all deliverables
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and accuracy
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth
• Mentor team members and create career development plans to build high-performing teams

• MBA in Finance or CFA/CA qualification with strong understanding of capital markets
• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial research or KPO services with at least 4 years in delivery management
• Deep knowledge of equity research, financial modeling, and investment analysis methodologies
• Proven experience managing large teams and multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions
• Proficiency in Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ, and advanced Excel/financial modeling
