The Project Head will lead end-to-end execution of a flagship residential township project worth ₹1,200+ crores in Pune. This role demands comprehensive expertise in project management, vendor coordination, quality control, and stakeholder management to deliver world-class developments on time and within budget. You'll manage cross-functional teams and report directly to the Regional CEO.

• Oversee complete project lifecycle from planning to handover for a 5 million sq ft residential township
• Manage project budgets, timelines, quality standards, and compliance with RERA and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
• Drive construction planning, material procurement, and resource allocation for optimal efficiency
• Lead site engineering teams of 100+ members including civil, MEP, and finishing specialists
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality delivery, timely possession, and effective issue resolution

• 12-18 years of project management experience in real estate with at least 5 years as Project Head/DGM
• Proven track record of delivering residential projects worth ₹500+ crores with high customer satisfaction
• Civil Engineering degree from reputed institution; PMP or similar certification preferred
• Deep expertise in construction management, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization
• Strong knowledge of project management tools like Primavera, MS Project, and ERP systems
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills with ability to handle pressure
• Willingness to be based at project site with extensive field presence
