The Zonal Head will oversee retail operations and sales performance across 80-100 stores in the North region. This leadership role requires driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and team development across multiple cities. You will be responsible for P&L management, store expansion, and delivering exceptional customer experiences at scale.

• Manage P&L and drive sales growth across 80-100 retail stores in the assigned zone
• Lead store expansion initiatives including site selection, setup, and launch
• Ensure operational excellence across all stores including inventory, merchandising, and compliance
• Recruit, train, and develop area managers and store managers
• Implement customer experience initiatives and drive NPS improvements
• Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop action plans to achieve targets

• 9+ years of experience in retail sales and operations with 4+ years in multi-store leadership
• Proven track record of managing P&L and achieving sales targets across multiple locations
• Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management
• Experience in managing large teams (100+ employees) across geographies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the zone
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
