Zonal Head - Consumer Durables Sales

We are looking for a Zonal Head to lead consumer durables sales across South India covering Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka. This leadership role involves driving sales targets, managing distribution networks, and building retail partnerships to maximize market penetration.

• Lead and deliver annual revenue targets of ₹500+ crores for the South India zone
• Manage a team of 50+ Area Sales Managers, Territory Officers, and sales promoters
• Drive distribution expansion across GT, MT, and national retail chains
• Execute brand campaigns, promotional activities, and new product launches
• Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners including Reliance Digital, Croma, and Vijay Sales
• Monitor competition, market trends, and provide strategic inputs to national sales leadership

• 10+ years of sales experience in consumer durables, electronics, or FMCG with 4+ years in zonal leadership
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets at scale
• Strong understanding of South India market dynamics, distribution channels, and retail landscape
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with experience handling large sales teams
• MBA from reputed business school preferred
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales forecasting and planning
• Willingness to travel extensively across the zone (up to 50%)
