VP Sales - Enterprise SaaS

• Own and drive enterprise sales revenue targets of ₹100+ crores annually for the India market
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of 15-20 enterprise account executives and sales engineers
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for penetrating large enterprises across BFSI, retail, manufacturing, and technology sectors
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with C-level executives and key decision-makers
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product-market fit and customer retention
• Represent Freshworks at industry events, conferences, and executive forums to build brand presence

• 12-18 years of progressive B2B enterprise sales experience, with at least 5 years in VP/Director level roles
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding enterprise sales targets in SaaS, software, or technology sectors
• Deep understanding of enterprise software sales cycles, contract negotiations, and value-based selling
• Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities with experience scaling sales organizations
• Strong executive presence and ability to engage with CXOs and senior business leaders
• MBA from Tier-1 institution or equivalent business qualification
• Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills
