Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead tech hiring for our engineering and product teams. You will be responsible for building pipelines for critical roles across backend engineering, data science, product management, and design. This role requires strategic thinking, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to attract top talent in a competitive market.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for 100+ tech positions annually across engineering, product, and data science
• Build innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates from top product companies and startups
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, define job profiles, and structure interview processes
• Manage a team of 4-5 recruiters and coordinate with external recruitment partners and agencies
• Drive candidate experience initiatives to ensure high offer acceptance rates and positive employer branding
• Implement data-driven hiring metrics and analytics to optimize recruitment efficiency and quality of hire

• 7+ years of talent acquisition experience with at least 3 years in tech hiring for product companies
• Strong track record of closing senior engineering roles (SDE-2, SDE-3, Staff Engineer levels)
• Deep understanding of tech talent landscape in India with established networks in Bengaluru and NCR
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring managers and leadership
• MBA or postgraduate degree in HR preferred; certifications in talent acquisition are a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills
