HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders within our Technology Services unit, driving people strategy, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives. This role requires a seasoned HR professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and translate them into people strategies
• Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management
• Drive employee engagement, culture transformation, and change management programs
• Provide coaching and advisory support to managers on people-related matters, including conflict resolution and performance issues
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to inform strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Learning, Compensation) to deliver integrated HR solutions

• MBA in HR or related field from a premier business school; XLRI, TISS, or MDI preferred
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role
• Strong understanding of HR practices in large IT/ITeS organizations
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and consulting skills
• Experience managing HR for large teams (1000+ employees) in a matrix environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management capabilities
