The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead end-to-end recruitment strategies for technology and digital transformation roles across the Hyderabad delivery center. This strategic role requires building talent pipelines, enhancing employer branding, and partnering with business leaders to meet aggressive hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.

• Lead talent acquisition strategy for hiring 500+ lateral professionals annually across technology, consulting, and digital roles
• Build and manage a team of 8-10 recruiters, driving performance, productivity, and quality metrics
• Partner with business unit heads to understand workforce planning needs and develop proactive hiring strategies
• Implement innovative sourcing techniques including campus partnerships, employee referrals, social media, and niche job boards
• Enhance employer branding initiatives and candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Track and optimize key recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates, and quality of hire

• 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity within IT services or product companies
• Proven track record of managing large-scale lateral hiring across technology domains
• Strong understanding of technology roles including software development, cloud, AI/ML, data engineering, and consulting
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, and HR technologies
• MBA in HR or related field from a recognized institution is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing recruitment teams
