HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and driving employee engagement. This role focuses on talent management, organizational development, and creating high-performance cultures across delivery units.

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Drive talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning for critical roles across business units
• Lead organizational change initiatives, restructuring, and cultural transformation programs
• Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities
• Manage employee relations, resolve complex workplace issues, and ensure policy compliance
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce analytics to provide insights for strategic decision-making

• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field from premier institution
• Minimum 9 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years as HRBP in IT/consulting industry
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational development
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic HR initiatives
• Excellent coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analytics tools, and MS Office Suite
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or equivalent certification is highly preferred
