• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for assigned vehicle platforms including planning, procurement, and logistics
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and minimize costs
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance, and capacity planning
• Lead S&OP processes, demand forecasting, and production planning alignment
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies
• Manage supply chain risks, business continuity planning, and crisis management protocols

• 10+ years of supply chain experience in automotive or manufacturing industries
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA or Supply Chain certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), supply chain analytics, and planning tools
• Proven track record of driving cost savings and process improvements
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Understanding of automotive industry standards, JIT manufacturing, and quality frameworks
