Supply Chain Manager - Network Planning

The Supply Chain Manager for Network Planning will optimize Delhivery's logistics network design, drive cost efficiencies, and enhance service levels across the national network. This strategic role combines analytical rigor with operational insights to support Delhivery's rapid growth and market expansion.

• Lead network optimization initiatives to enhance line-haul efficiency, reduce transit times, and lower logistics costs
• Design and implement facility location strategies for new fulfillment centers, gateways, and delivery hubs across India
• Analyze shipment flows, capacity constraints, and route efficiency to optimize network configuration
• Build network simulation models and scenario planning tools to evaluate network design alternatives
• Collaborate with operations teams to implement network changes ensuring minimal service disruption
• Drive annual network planning cycles including capacity planning, seasonal surge preparation, and budget forecasting

• 8-12 years of supply chain experience with strong focus on network planning, logistics optimization, or operations research
• Proven expertise in logistics network modeling, facility location optimization, and transportation planning
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in optimization tools like Excel Solver, Python, or OR software
• Experience in e-commerce logistics, 3PL, or express distribution networks preferred
• Engineering degree required; MBA, MS in Supply Chain Management, or Operations Research preferred
• Excellent project management capabilities with track record of implementing large-scale network changes
• Strong business acumen with ability to balance cost, service, and strategic objectives
