About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Head to lead sales operations across the North region covering Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir. This role requires driving volume growth, expanding distribution reach, and leading a team of 150+ sales professionals.

What You Will Be Doing

Drive regional sales targets with responsibility for ₹800+ crores in revenue across North India
Lead and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers, and field sales force
Expand distribution reach by increasing numeric and weighted distribution across GT and MT channels
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and seasonal campaigns
Build strong relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and modern trade partners
Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and implement counter-strategies to maintain market leadership

What Britannia Industries Is Looking For

10-15 years of progressive sales experience in FMCG with at least 5 years in regional leadership roles
MBA or equivalent degree with strong commercial acumen and P&L management experience
Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets and driving volume growth
Deep understanding of FMCG distribution channels including GT, MT, e-commerce, and institutional sales
Strong leadership skills with experience managing large field sales teams across multiple states
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
Willingness to travel extensively across the region (60-70% travel)
