• Manage and grow a portfolio of 80-100 HNI clients with assets under management exceeding ₹150 crore
• Provide comprehensive wealth management advice including equities, mutual funds, PMS, bonds, and alternative investments
• Conduct financial planning sessions to understand client goals and design customized investment strategies
• Cross-sell banking products including private banking accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance solutions
• Achieve quarterly revenue targets across fee income, NIMs, and cross-sell metrics
• Organize exclusive client events, market updates, and investment seminars to deepen relationships

• 6-9 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or relationship management with HNI clients
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business; MBA or professional certifications (CFA, CFP) highly preferred
• Proven track record of managing AUM exceeding ₹100 crore and delivering consistent revenue growth
• Deep knowledge of investment products, tax planning, and regulatory compliance (SEBI, RBI guidelines)
• Existing client network within Delhi NCR preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and credibility with ultra-high-net-worth individuals
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems and financial planning tools
