Regional Sales Head

The Regional Sales Head will lead sales operations across Eastern India, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and distribution excellence. This role requires strategic sales leadership, strong distributor management capabilities, and the ability to execute go-to-market strategies across diverse trade channels including GT, MT, and institutional sales.

• Lead sales operations and P&L responsibility for Eastern region covering multiple states
• Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and volume targets across all product categories
• Manage and develop a team of area sales managers and field sales executives
• Strengthen distribution network through distributor management and new market penetration
• Execute trade marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive consumer offtake
• Monitor secondary sales, inventory levels, and ensure effective market coverage

• 12+ years of FMCG sales experience with minimum 5 years in regional leadership roles
• Proven track record in driving sales growth and building high-performing sales teams
• Strong understanding of GT, MT, and institutional sales channels
• Excellent distributor management and trade relationship skills
• Experience in route-to-market strategies, territory planning, and sales force effectiveness
• Strong analytical and business acumen with P&L management exposure
• MBA from reputed institution preferred; willingness to travel extensively across region
