Regional Sales Head

The Regional Sales Head will drive sales strategy and revenue growth across Karnataka and Kerala regions, managing a large distributor network and field sales force. This leadership role involves P&L ownership, market expansion, and building high-performance sales teams.

• Lead sales operations for South India region with revenue responsibility of ₹500+ crores annually
• Develop and execute regional sales strategy to achieve volume, value, and market share targets
• Manage network of 150+ distributors and super-stockists ensuring efficient market coverage
• Drive new product launches, promotional campaigns, and visibility initiatives across modern and general trade
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 80+ Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and recommend strategic interventions to leadership

• 12+ years of sales experience in FMCG sector with at least 5 years in regional leadership roles
• Proven track record of managing large distribution networks and achieving aggressive sales targets
• Strong understanding of route-to-market strategies, distributor management, and retail execution
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing large geographically dispersed teams
• MBA in Sales/Marketing or equivalent; background in biscuits/snacks category preferred
• Outstanding analytical abilities to interpret sales data and drive data-driven decisions
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region
