The Academic Head for K12 Programs will oversee academic strategy, curriculum excellence, and content quality across all K12 offerings. This leadership role requires deep pedagogical expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to lead large academic teams to deliver world-class learning experiences.

• Lead academic vision and strategy for K12 programs covering classes 4-12 across CBSE, ICSE, and state boards
• Oversee curriculum development, content creation, and quality assurance across all subjects and grade levels
• Manage team of 100+ curriculum designers, subject matter experts, and academic quality analysts
• Ensure alignment of learning outcomes with national education frameworks and competitive exam requirements
• Drive innovation in pedagogy, learning methodologies, and integration of AI-powered personalized learning
• Collaborate with product, technology, and content teams to enhance learning effectiveness and student engagement

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Education, Subject Specialization, or related field from reputed institution
• Minimum 12 years of experience in academic leadership roles within K12 education sector
• Deep understanding of CBSE, ICSE, and state board curricula with proven track record of curriculum design
• Strong pedagogical expertise and knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and learning theories
• Experience leading large academic teams and managing complex curriculum development projects
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to drive data-informed academic decisions
• Prior experience in EdTech or digital learning platforms highly preferred
