About the Role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to optimize logistics operations, inventory management, and network planning for our Southern region. This role will drive efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and service level enhancements across our fulfillment ecosystem.

What You Will Be Doing

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for Southern region covering 200+ pin codes and 15 fulfillment centers
Optimize inventory placement, replenishment strategies, and network design to reduce delivery timelines
Drive cost efficiency initiatives targeting transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery operations
Collaborate with marketplace teams, sellers, and logistics partners to ensure 99%+ on-time delivery
Implement advanced analytics and forecasting models for demand planning and capacity optimization
Lead cross-functional projects on automation, process improvement, and technology integration

What Flipkart Is Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA is a plus
Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management in e-commerce or retail
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and supply chain planning tools
Deep understanding of fulfillment operations, transportation management, and inventory optimization
Experience managing third-party logistics providers and vendor relationship management
Proven track record of driving cost savings and operational efficiency improvements
Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration abilities
