SOC Lead

The SOC Lead will oversee 24x7 security operations for enterprise clients, managing threat detection, incident response, and security monitoring activities. This is a critical leadership role requiring deep technical expertise in cybersecurity along with team management and client engagement capabilities.

• Lead and manage SOC operations team of 15-20 security analysts across multiple shifts for 24x7 coverage
• Oversee threat detection, analysis, and incident response activities using SIEM, EDR, and threat intelligence platforms
• Establish and optimize SOC processes, playbooks, and standard operating procedures for incident management
• Coordinate with global security teams and clients during major security incidents and breach investigations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including automation, tool optimization, and team skill development
• Prepare executive-level security reports, metrics, and dashboards for client stakeholders and leadership

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 4 years in SOC operations and leadership roles
• Strong expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight), EDR solutions, and threat intelligence platforms
• Deep understanding of cyber threats, attack vectors, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and incident response methodologies
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, GCIA, or CEH required
• Experience managing 24x7 SOC operations for large enterprise clients
• Excellent communication skills for client engagement and stakeholder management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
