Security Architect

As Security Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide security architecture to protect Paytm's digital assets, customer data, and payment infrastructure. This critical role requires deep expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, threat modeling, and the ability to build security solutions at scale.

• Design and implement comprehensive security architecture for applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments
• Lead security assessments, threat modeling, and risk analysis for new products and services
• Develop security standards, frameworks, and best practices aligned with industry standards (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS)
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security controls into the software development lifecycle
• Oversee security incident response, vulnerability management, and penetration testing programs
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the cybersecurity team

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 4 years in security architecture
• Strong expertise in application security, network security, cloud security (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Deep knowledge of security frameworks (OWASP, NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance requirements
• Experience with security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF, DLP) and security automation
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or OSCP preferred
• Excellent communication skills to articulate security risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders
