SOC Lead - Security Operations Center

The SOC Lead will oversee end-to-end security operations for enterprise clients, managing threat detection, incident response, and security monitoring activities. This critical role demands deep cybersecurity expertise and proven leadership in managing high-performing SOC teams.

• Lead 24x7 SOC operations managing team of 30+ security analysts across shifts
• Define and implement security monitoring use cases, threat hunting strategies, and incident response playbooks
• Oversee SIEM operations, log analysis, and correlation rule development for threat detection
• Manage security incident lifecycle from detection to containment, eradication, and recovery
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop actionable insights from security incidents
• Drive SOC process improvements, automation initiatives, and integration of security tools

• 9+ years of cybersecurity experience with minimum 4 years in SOC leadership roles
• B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or equivalent; CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification mandatory
• Deep expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight), EDR/XDR, and threat intelligence tools
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls) and compliance requirements
• Proven experience managing complex security incidents and coordinating incident response
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present security metrics to executive leadership
• Strong team leadership capabilities with experience in building and mentoring SOC teams
