Senior Research Associate - Equity Research

The Senior Research Associate will conduct in-depth equity research, financial modeling, and industry analysis for global financial institutions. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, sector expertise, and the ability to produce high-quality investment research reports.

• Conduct comprehensive equity research and financial analysis for companies across assigned sectors
• Build complex financial models including DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions
• Prepare detailed research reports, investment notes, and presentations for institutional clients
• Monitor market trends, earnings announcements, and regulatory developments impacting coverage universe
• Interact with client teams to understand research requirements and deliver customized insights
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing and team development

• MBA in Finance or CA/CFA (Level 2 or above) from recognized institution
• Minimum 6 years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or financial analysis
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and accounting principles
• Deep knowledge of specific sectors (Technology, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Consumer)
• Proficiency in Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
