Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end service delivery for our Financial Services research vertical. This role involves managing a team of 25+ research analysts, ensuring quality deliverables, and maintaining strong client relationships with global investment banks and asset management firms. You will be responsible for project execution, team development, and driving operational excellence.

• Manage end-to-end delivery for equity research, credit analysis, and financial modeling projects
• Lead a team of 25+ research analysts and senior associates, providing mentorship and performance coaching
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of research reports, financial models, and analytical frameworks
• Serve as primary point of contact for 3-4 key client accounts, conducting regular QBRs and strategic reviews
• Drive process improvements, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with quality frameworks
• Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and team utilization to optimize delivery efficiency

• 10+ years of experience in KPO, research services, or consulting with at least 4 years in delivery management
• Strong domain knowledge in financial services, equity research, investment banking, or asset management
• Proven track record of managing large teams and delivering complex research projects for global clients
• Excellent client management skills with experience handling senior stakeholders at VP/Director levels
• CFA, MBA from top-tier B-school, or CA qualification strongly preferred
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and research methodologies
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
