Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager will drive enterprise software sales across North India, managing key accounts and leading a team of sales professionals. This role demands a proven hunter with deep expertise in B2B enterprise solution selling and a track record of exceeding targets.

• Own revenue targets for the region and drive consistent quarter-over-quarter growth
• Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities across BFSI, Manufacturing, and Retail sectors
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving C-level executives and IT decision-makers
• Develop account strategies and collaborate with pre-sales, consulting, and partner teams
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers and Sales Executives
• Forecast accurately and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 9 years of experience in B2B enterprise software or SaaS sales
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in large deal environments (₹1Cr+ ACV)
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Solution Selling, Challenger)
• Strong network and relationships with CXOs and IT leaders in North India
• Experience selling ERP, Database, Cloud, or similar enterprise solutions is a strong plus
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
