Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager will own strategic relationships with 8-10 large enterprise clients, driving SAP software adoption and expansion across their digital transformation journey. This is a quota-carrying role requiring consultative selling of complex enterprise solutions with deal sizes ranging from $500K to $5M. You'll work closely with C-suite executives to align technology investments with business outcomes.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts with annual revenue targets of $8-10 million
• Develop account strategies, identify expansion opportunities, and execute multi-year roadmaps
• Build and maintain C-level relationships with CIOs, CFOs, and business heads at client organizations
• Lead complex sales cycles involving solution architects, pre-sales consultants, and implementation partners
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing for large enterprise license deals
• Collaborate with product, delivery, and partner teams to ensure customer success and renewals

• 7-10 years of B2B enterprise software sales experience with consistent quota overachievement
• Proven track record of closing deals worth $500K+ in ERP, cloud, or enterprise software space
• Strong existing relationships with IT and business leaders in large Indian enterprises
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel domestically 30-40% of the time for client meetings and events
