Medical Superintendent

The Medical Superintendent will oversee all medical and clinical operations at our 300-bed multi-specialty hospital in Gurugram. This leadership position requires a senior medical professional with strong administrative acumen to ensure highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

• Provide strategic leadership for all medical, clinical, and patient care services at the hospital
• Ensure compliance with NABH, NABL, and other regulatory standards and accreditations
• Oversee quality assurance programs, patient safety initiatives, and infection control protocols
• Manage relationships with medical consultants, resident doctors, and clinical department heads
• Lead initiatives to improve patient satisfaction scores and clinical outcomes
• Coordinate with hospital administration for budget planning, resource allocation, and infrastructure development

• MBBS degree with MD/MS in clinical specialty; Fellowship or DNB is an advantage
• Minimum 12 years of clinical experience with at least 5 years in hospital administration
• Valid medical registration with State Medical Council and MCI
• Strong knowledge of hospital accreditation standards (NABH/JCI) and healthcare regulations
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary clinical teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with hospital information systems and healthcare analytics
