Sales Manager Real Estate

We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive residential property sales for our premium projects in Pune. This role involves leading a sales team, managing channel partners, and achieving aggressive sales targets in the competitive real estate market.

• Lead a team of 15-20 sales executives and channel partners to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies for residential projects valued at ₹500+ crores
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to documentation and handover
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and corporate tie-ups
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations to prospective buyers
• Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize sales approach

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
• 8+ years of sales experience in residential real estate with proven track record of achieving targets
• Strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents in Pune market
• Excellent understanding of real estate sales cycle, documentation, and regulatory requirements
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite
• Willingness to work on weekends and field-oriented role requirements
