Relationship Manager Corporate

The Relationship Manager Corporate will manage and grow a portfolio of mid to large corporate clients, driving lending relationships, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring asset quality. This client-facing role requires strong credit skills, business development acumen, and relationship management expertise.

• Manage a portfolio of 15-20 corporate clients with combined borrowing limits of ₹200-300 crores
• Drive business growth through fund-based and non-fund-based lending, trade finance, and transaction banking solutions
• Conduct comprehensive credit appraisals, financial analysis, and prepare detailed credit proposals for approval
• Ensure portfolio asset quality with NPAs maintained below 1% and proactive monitoring of early warning signals
• Cross-sell bank products including forex, cash management, custody services, and investment banking solutions
• Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with clients ensuring high wallet share and customer satisfaction

• 6-9 years of experience in corporate banking, credit, or relationship management with reputed banks
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, credit appraisal, and risk assessment
• MBA in Finance or CA/CFA qualification preferred
• Proven track record of business development and achieving lending targets in corporate segment
• Excellent client management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Deep knowledge of banking products including working capital, term loans, trade finance, and treasury products
• Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR for client meetings and business development
