The Credit Manager will lead credit assessment, underwriting, and portfolio management for the SME lending business in the Pune cluster. • Manage SME lending portfolio worth ₹300-500 crores across Pune and surrounding regions
• Conduct comprehensive credit assessment, financial analysis, and risk evaluation of SME loan applications
• Approve credit proposals within delegated authority limits and recommend cases to senior committees
• Monitor portfolio health, identify early warning signals, and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with SME clients, understanding their business needs and providing financial advisory
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal credit policies, and regulatory requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in commercial banking, SME lending, or corporate credit roles
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, credit risk assessment, and banking regulations
• Proven ability to manage large loan portfolios with strong asset quality metrics
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
• MBA in Finance or CA/ICWA qualification preferred
• Proficiency in credit appraisal tools, banking software, and MS Excel
• Strong business acumen with ability to understand diverse industry segments and business models
