About the Role
We are hiring a Relationship Manager for our Corporate Banking division in Pune to manage and grow relationships with large corporate clients. This role involves credit evaluation, deal structuring, cross-selling banking products, and achieving revenue targets.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage portfolio of 25-30 corporate clients with annual turnover ranging from ₹100 crores to ₹1000 crores
- Drive business growth by achieving loan disbursement targets of ₹100+ crores and fee income targets annually
- Conduct comprehensive credit analysis, financial due diligence, and risk assessment for term loans and working capital facilities
- Structure customized banking solutions including trade finance, cash management, treasury products, and loan syndication
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with CFOs, treasurers, and promoters of corporate clients
- Ensure portfolio quality by monitoring account conduct, covenant compliance, and early warning signals
What ICICI Bank Is Looking For
- MBA Finance or CA/ICWA with 8+ years of experience in corporate banking, credit, or relationship management
- Strong credit analysis skills with expertise in financial statement analysis, working capital assessment, and risk evaluation
- Proven track record of achieving business targets and growing corporate client portfolios
- Deep understanding of banking products including fund-based and non-fund-based limits, trade finance, and forex
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of RBI guidelines, Basel III norms, and credit risk frameworks
- Willingness to travel frequently across Maharashtra and neighboring states for client meetings
