About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager will lead enterprise sales initiatives across South India, driving revenue growth through strategic account management and new client acquisition. This high-impact role requires a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales and the ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
What You Will Be Doing
- Drive revenue growth by managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts and developing new business opportunities across the region
- Build and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets exceeding ₹15 crore
- Lead complex sales cycles involving C-level stakeholders, managing negotiations, contracting, and deal closure
- Collaborate with solution architects, product teams, and customer success to deliver tailored enterprise solutions
- Develop and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Represent Salesforce at industry events, conferences, and client forums to strengthen brand presence
What Salesforce India Is Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a strong plus
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with at least 4 years in SaaS or cloud solutions
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in excess of ₹10 crore annually
- Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles, including solution selling and value-based selling methodologies
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools
