Regional Sales Head

The Regional Sales Head will lead sales operations across Maharashtra and Goa, managing a team of 150+ sales professionals and driving revenue exceeding ₹800 crores annually. This role requires strategic vision, distribution excellence, and strong leadership to expand market presence and achieve growth targets.

• Drive regional sales strategy and execution to achieve volume, value, and market share objectives
• Manage P&L for the region with revenue responsibility exceeding ₹800 crores
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers, and field staff
• Expand distribution reach by adding new outlets and strengthening relationships with distributors
• Monitor secondary sales, inventory levels, and market intelligence to optimize supply chain efficiency
• Implement trade schemes, visibility programs, and promotional activities to enhance brand presence

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Sales & Marketing
• 10-15 years of experience in FMCG sales with at least 5 years in regional leadership roles
• Strong understanding of distribution networks, trade channels, and retail dynamics in Western India
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to inspire and manage large teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region
