Regional Retail Manager - South Zone

The Regional Retail Manager for South Zone will oversee multi-format store operations across Tamil Nadu and Kerala, driving sales growth, operational excellence, and customer experience. This role requires a seasoned retail leader capable of managing P&L, large teams, and complex supply chain dynamics.

• Manage 40+ stores across South Zone with full P&L accountability and revenue targets
• Drive store performance through sales strategies, merchandising, and promotional campaigns
• Ensure operational compliance, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency
• Lead and develop a team of store managers, ensuring performance and capability building
• Monitor customer feedback, NPS scores, and implement service excellence initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing, procurement, and logistics teams for seamless execution

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in Retail/Marketing is preferred
• 9+ years in retail operations with at least 4 years in multi-store management
• Proven track record of managing large-format stores and achieving revenue targets
• Strong understanding of retail metrics, KPIs, inventory turnover, and shrinkage control
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and people management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region
• Proficiency in retail management systems and data analytics tools
