Regional Retail Operations Manager

• Manage daily operations of 40+ stores across multiple formats ensuring adherence to SOPs and brand standards
• Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives
• Monitor key retail metrics including same-store sales growth, conversion rates, inventory turnover, and shrinkage
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of store managers and retail staff across the region
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising, hygiene, and safety standards
• Collaborate with supply chain, merchandising, and marketing teams to optimize inventory and drive category growth

• 8+ years of experience in retail operations with at least 3 years managing multi-store operations
• Proven track record in organized retail (grocery, fashion, electronics, or department stores)
• Strong P&L management skills with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
• Excellent leadership and people management capabilities with experience leading large teams
• MBA or equivalent qualification in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region (60-70% travel)
• Proficiency in retail management systems and MS Office; analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
