Quality Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Quality Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives across our steel manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for maintaining ISO certifications, implementing Six Sigma methodologies, and ensuring product quality meets international standards.

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and industry standards
• Lead root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Oversee quality control laboratories and ensure accurate testing and inspection processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Lean manufacturing principles
• Manage quality audits (internal and external) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and customer service teams to resolve quality-related issues

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management within steel or heavy manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of ISO quality standards and Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Expertise in statistical process control (SPC), failure mode analysis (FMEA), and quality tools
• Experience with quality management software and laboratory information systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional quality teams
