Quality Manager - Automotive

The Quality Manager will lead quality assurance initiatives across automotive manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with international standards and zero-defect production. This role involves driving continuous improvement, supplier quality management, and implementing advanced quality methodologies.

• Lead quality assurance function across manufacturing operations ensuring adherence to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
• Implement Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen methodologies to drive continuous improvement and defect reduction
• Manage supplier quality development programs and conduct regular audits of vendor facilities
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection processes using statistical process control (SPC)
• Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Drive quality culture across the organization through training, awareness programs, and quality metrics

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years in quality management within automotive manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, and control plan methodologies
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification and proven track record of quality improvement projects
• Expertise in quality tools including Minitab, SPC software, and quality management systems
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional quality teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
