We are seeking an accomplished Plant Head to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations at our integrated steel plant. This strategic leadership role involves driving production efficiency, safety excellence, and continuous improvement while managing a multi-functional team of 500+ employees.

• Lead overall plant operations ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety compliance are met consistently
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices
• Drive operational excellence initiatives including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM across all departments
• Manage plant P&L, budgets, and capital expenditure with focus on cost optimization and productivity improvement
• Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations while fostering a culture of zero harm
• Build and develop high-performing teams through effective people management, talent development, and succession planning

• B.Tech in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Production Engineering; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
• Proven track record of managing large-scale manufacturing plants in steel, metals, or heavy industries
• Strong expertise in production planning, quality management, and maintenance operations
• Deep knowledge of safety management systems, environmental compliance, and regulatory frameworks
• Demonstrated success in implementing operational excellence methodologies and achieving breakthrough results
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
